Bio

2025: Indoor - Set PR in the 60m hurdles in a first-place finish at the VMI Invitational, setting a time of 8.22. Would advance to the SAC Indoor Championships and finish in fourth in the 60m hurdles.

Outdoor - Began the outdoor season with a PR in the 100m at the Lee University Invitational with a time of 10.83. Also at Lee, he finished on the podium with a third-place finish in the 110m hurdles and the 4x100 relay. He set his PR in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.58 seconds. His best finish came at the Maryville Scots Invitational, placing second in the 100m at 10.96 seconds. At the SAC Championships, he claimed fourth in the 110m hurdles, clocking a 14.58. 

2024: Indoor - Placed first at the VMI Winter Classic in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.45 in the final. Set a former 60-meter hurdle PR en route to a sixth-place finish at the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 8.40.

Outdoor - Set 110-meter hurdle personal record with a 14.99 at the LR Bears Open in the opening meet of the outdoor schedule. Placed eighth in the same event at the end of the season at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

NOTES: Also a star wide receiver on Carson-Newman's football team. In his career, he has played in 33 games across three seasons, notching 53 receptions for 903 yards and six touchdowns for the Eagles.
