Bio
2025: Indoor - Competed in four events in the shot put, placing 42nd at the Finn Pincus Invitational, 9.92m, and 53rd at the VMI Invitational, 10.52m. He did not set a mark at the Liberty Open or SAC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor - Started the outdoor season with a 17th-place finish at the Lee University Invitational, after a season-best 11.14m shot put. He would take 10th at the Maryville Scots Invitational. At the SAC Outdoor Championships, he finished in 28th following a 10.69m shot put.
2024: Indoor - Only competed in Joe LaRocco Invitational.
Outdoor - Personal best shotput 11.39m at Montreat College Open. Had his best finish at UNC-Asheville Bulldog Invite, placing 14th.
High School: Coached by Jeremy Wagner as a Hornet at Carter High School. Sharp also competed in wrestling and football during his high school career.
Personal: Son of Mary Mays. Intends to major in History Education at Carson-Newman.
