2012: Bowman turned in her best performance in 2012 at the Greensboro Invitational. She finished those races with identical 21:40 times. She finished 14th in Greensboro and 18th at L-R invite. She also garnered a top 20 finish at the Eagle's home meet at Panther Creek State Park with a time of 22: 14.

Bowman was MVP all four years at South Greene High School. She was an all-region and all-conference selection as well as a state qualifier.

Personal: Bowman was a Tennessee scholar and a member of the National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Joseph and Melissa Bowman and is majoring in Exercise Science.
