Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: The 6A All-Region Quarterback of the Year, Elliot guided Blackman to an appearance in the state semifinals. He passed for 1,633 yards and rushed for another 585 yards. He accounted for 23 total touchdowns, 15 through the air and eight on the ground.
PERSONAL: The son of Jermaine and Adryann Elliot, he plans to study biology at Carson-Newman.
