Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: Garris was a second-team all-region selection for Andrico Hines at Langston Hughes. He tallied 55 tackles, seven tackles for loss, five pass breakups, a pair of picks and a fumble recovery as a senior. He earned second-team all-region honors.
PERSONAL: The son of Alicia Batten, he plans to study business management at Carson-Newman. He was a member of the honor roll at Langston Hughes.
