PRIOR TO CARSON-NEWMAN:
2025: Part of the first-ever Johnson C. Smith team to make an NCAA playoff appearance. Hickson tallied 20 tackles in 11 games with 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He also had a pair of quarterback hurries.
2024: Hickson registered 16 stops.
HIGH SCHOOL: Hickson logged 80 tackles, 18 sacks and four forced fumbles at Woodland High School. He was a two-time all-region selection.
PERSONAL: The son of Wendy and Thomas Hickson, he plans to study sociology at Carson-Newman.
