2025: Indoor - For the second season in a row, Hope set a new mile PR at the VMI Invitational, achieving a time of 5:42.22.
2024: Indoor - Set PRs in the 800m and the mile at the VMI Invitational, setting times of 2:39.21 and 5:43.73, respectively.
Outdoor - Competed in the javelin throw as well as distance events for the first time in her collegiate career, marking the longest distance of 23.23m at the Catamount Classic. Set her PR for the 1500m at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships of 5:12.66, placing 22nd in the event.
2023: Outdoor - Competed in the 800 meters at the LR Bears Open and SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
NOTES: Also competes for Carson-Newman Cross Country.
